This is a professional geotextile used to stabilise and separate construction layers. It allows water through but prevents unevenness in driveways, site access, roads and tracks.

Manufactured from polypropylene fibres the unique non-woven structure is extremely strong but being flexible means it is easy to install and cut. For large or unusual shaped areas overlap the geotextile by 30cm. When preparing the ground remove all large stones and other material which may damage the fabric and level the area to remove any undulations and ruts. To provide  support for vehicles the depth of aggregate should be between 30-40cm (12”-16”) after compaction.

Our non woven geotextile can be used as a filter membrane in ground drains to help prevent the aggregate and soakaway pipes clogging.
