Both our standard grade and heavy duty grade breathable roof membranes are designed to be used in conjunction with current and increasingly adopted condensation reducing techniques in ‘high efficiency’ roofing design. Both have the latest certification from the BBA. Both are suitable for ventilated pitched roofs, cold, warm or hybrid.

Easy to handle and install, resistant to nail tearing and resistant to fungal growth and mould, these state of the art, vapour permeable roof membranes will suit most building projects from house extensions and roof replacement to provision of supply for large housing or industrial estates.

Whilst the standard grade will provide a substantial roof covering for the wide ranging climatic conditions in the UK, the heavy grade is available for areas that perhaps encounter frequent extreme weather conditions and for regions that use sarking boards.
