We hold extensive stock of all of our products and can usually despatch orders the day after an order has been received and therefore deliver within the next 3 working days. Currently we only supply to the UK.

Over £75 free*

For orders totalling more than £75 to a single, UK Mainland address, excluding Scottish Highlands, delivery is FREE. For orders less than this value the P+P and delivery amount is clearly shown before your order is processed and will depend on the value of your order. Currently these are:

Apart from small items which are posted we use carriers and deliveries have to be signed for. We do offer an option for goods to be left with a neighbour or to be left without a signature on your premises (e.g. leave in backyard). You will need to complete the delivery instruction box.

For items not signed for, risk of theft and damage etc is the customer’s risk and TradeDIYCounter shall not be held liable in any way for such deliveries.

For deliveries where a signature cannot be obtained and where you have not given delivery instructions for the goods to be left without signature at the time of order, the courier will not leave the goods and will leave a card for you to contact the carrier direct to re-arrange delivery.
